Richardson withdraws as Commerce nominee

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson on Sunday announced that he was withdrawing his nomination to be President-elect Barack Obama's commerce secretary amid a grand jury investigation into how some of his political donors won a lucrative state contract.

- This law is clearly unconstitutional. It will be overturned by the Supreme Court if the members of the Supreme Court follow the letter of the law (the Constitution). But if they judge through party loyalty and disregard the Constitution than it will stand.
